1 Definitions and Applicability

3.2 Account Balance

The balance held in an account may only be used for services on the cv777 platform. In any dispute regarding a balance, cv777's records and transaction logs will be considered final.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus can never be withdrawn directly — only the winnings earned after the wagering requirement has been met can be withdrawn.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the relevant offer states otherwise.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified time limit.
• If fraud or a breach of terms is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

6 Game and Betting Rules

8 Account Closure and Suspension

cv777 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If identity verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• If suspicious financial transactions are identified.
• If the user voluntarily requests that their account be closed.
• If a self-exclusion request is made under the responsible gaming policy.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member may contact the support team to request closure of their account. There will be an opportunity to withdraw the balance before the account is closed, subject to the Terms.

9 Limitation of Liability
